Lief is Stout. Good but naughty, virtuous yet troublesome, profound, mischievous still. Sweet and bitter. Coffee, chocolate, red fruit. With a slight suspicion of smoke, and where there’s smoke, there’s fire!

Ingrediënts: water, Pale Ale and Cara malt, oat and wheat flakes, roasted barley. Hops: Northern brewer, Fuggle, oak smoked Cascade from our own garden.
